First, Android's *NOT* Good Enough, Now Fully Supported?

Earlier in the year, Sprint's CEO noted that Android wasn't good enough for Sprint (yet) even though Sprint was an original member of the Open Handset Alliance.

Fast Forward a number of months and apparently Sprint now fully supports Android!

I received an email from Sprint with the following subject:

Sprint fully supports Android - Join us at the 2009 Sprint Open Developer Conference

and with a link to this page:

Android apparently isn't a sponsor, but the link does list that:

- HTC and Sprint will be giving away 400 handsets at the HTC Android hands on coding lab, Oct 26
- Google will be present on the Android Marketplace and Android development best practices Oct 28

It does appear Windows Mobile, HTC, Palm, BlackBerry and such are all listed as sponsors.
