T-Mobile / Danger / Microsoft Sidekick Outage

Over the last weekend, it was announced by T-Mobile, Danger (maker of the Sidekick) and Microsoft (who acquired Danger last year) that an outage on their systems caused data loss for users, including address book entries, etc...

Anyway, it casts a shadow over cloud computing and trusting the cloud... i.e. the data that you put in your phone syncing with the cloud and then disappearing!
